Trending - Off-Shoulder Tops and Dresses

I wouldn't call myself a trend follower, but if I see a trend I think will look good on me, and I'm comfortable with it, I try it! Recently I joined the Culottes bandwagon, and I really like it! My sister still thinks its silly. I asked my very few close friends, some of whom were like - dude, you know i don't follow trends, so I don't know... what they thought would be on trends this year, and here is one of the trends we thought is here to stay in 2016.

Off-Shoulder Tops, and Dresses aka Cold Shoulder Tops/Dresses

I am not sure why, but I personally really love this trend and I wonder why it hasn't graduated to becoming a wardrobe staple. I personally think it looks good on everybody, especially the tops. Although a little risqué for some, a little shoulder baring doesn't hurt anybody if you are comfortable with it. I've been filling my wardrobe with this and it has become a staple in my closet especially for summer, and year-round summer locations.

Trending - A-Line Denim Skirt

Remember when we talked about Jeans trending ? I think about a few months ago , well, lately this particular style of skirt has been making its rounds on the interwebs (yep.. thats what I call the internet...) and I'm not particularly sure if I can pull it off,  It's an A-Skirt, front buttons Jeans Skirt, or in the fashion world, they would call it an A-line Denim Button Mini/Midi Skirt.. or something like that! My guess is that the trend started with Alexa Chung when she designed this for AG. What do you think ? Have you tried it ? It would be perfect for Summer!

Chambray has been making a huge comeback for the past few years especially in the button-down shirt category ( I like this one from J.CREW) and I've been loving Chambray specifically in dresses.

P.O.W - Shoes

Ok, so these have been trending lately and I cant help but tell you guys all about it. It's the Aquazzura Snake skin Lace-Up Sandal. Clearly, Its a beauty, right? Just trying them on at the store made me fall in love with them. They are about 4.5 inches high but they are quite comfortable and sexy. It's definitely one of those sandals you can pair up with a sexy pencil skirt or that little lack dress you've always wanted to wear. and I know, I know! Its a little on the the pricey side but Zara has a very similar one for much cheaper  and more budget friendly prices. Check it out and thank us later:)

P.O.W - Accessories

Our product for this week is this beautiful, minimal Mansur Gavriel bucket bag in Ballerina .. which is currently sold out everywhere. But thankfully, immediately I saw that they had opened their online store I rushed online and bagged this bag! I was soo excited when I got it. It is super cute, no hassle, and clean.. Did i say it was super cute because IT IS! I've read that if you want one, you can email them and they'll let you know when it's back in stock. Ever since the revolutionary staple has been in existence circa Levi Strauss & Co era (think 1873), we've seen it as bottoms, tops, jackets, dresses, overalls in different colors, but more noticeably blue.
